Those of you in the GPU Benchmarking arena, be it for graphics or GPGPU, are probably already aware, but for the rest of you: The SPEC Graphics Performance Characterization group that just release SPECviewperf11.
“This is one of the most significant releases of SPECviewperf in recent years,” says Ian Williams, SPECgpc chair. “It delivers a much better user experience and the major workload updates better align graphics performance results with what users experience in their day-to-day work with professional applications.”
It adds support for all the newest OpenGL capabilities and includes newer models guaranteed to make even the most powerful cards cry.
