Adian Gibbon‘s “The Piano” short has been around since 2005, but it’s a slow news day and this is just a beautiful piece. Showing the life story of an old man as he plays “Comptine d’un autre été: l’après midi” by Yann Tierse, it’s a fantastic marriage of music and animation. The video has been so popular, in fact, that it’s now a staple of Animation Education programs around the globe.
